Where is the wireless switch?

My mother has an Acer M3900 and she accidentally turned off the wireless switch.  The manual is useless and here on Acer.com it says to use FN + F3 but her computer doesn't have an FN key.

What other combination can I try?  I've tried finding setting but it's a Windows 7 computer and doesn't have that feature.

right click the ethernet icon, choose open network and sharing center, click on change adapter settings on the left side, is your wifi adapter listed?

if it's greyed out, right click it and choose enable

do you have any little icon near the date&clock?

it's similar to mobile network signal on smartphones, can have a little "star" or red X if disabled.

you can click it to let appear the connection options.

I have the Ethernet icon (with the red X on it) but if I click on it all it tells me is that I don't have an ethernet cable plugged in.  I use the troubleshooter but it has no option for turning the wireless back on.
