I am trying to hook up my Amazing Box for transferring embroidery designs.  I can't find a 9 pin spot onthe back of my M3470G desktop and found a cord that has 9 pin on one end for the Amazing Box and usb connection on the other.  I need to connect to a com port on the back.  Where are they located?  Are there any diagrams?  Thanks.  B

Hi bigbadbaba!

It sounds like you need a USB to Serial adaptor. You plug the one end into a spare USB socket on your PC, and the other end you connect to your Amazing Box:

It usually comes with a driver, that you'll need to install and sometimes configure (IE, COMM1, COMM2 etc). See the instructions on your Amazing Box for further details.
