Hi,

Can we connect Aspire M3970 to TV using HDMI?

There is a HDMI connect at the back but I can't connect it to the TV using HDMI cable.

Can anyone advice?

If this unit comes with a dedicated video card installed you will have to make sure you are connecting through it. The onboard graphic connections are disabled when a dedicated video card is installed (usually there is a tab covering teh actual connection), so you can't connect through them.

but is there an option toenable the onboard graphics card while having the dedicated video card? Like a BIOS option?
