My R-11 has not updated it's os.

It is new and still shows.

 

Version 46.0.2490.82 (64-bit)
Platform 7390.68.1 (Official Build) stable-channel cyan
Firmware Google_Cyan.7287.57.32
 
Tried powerwash and restart and am using my wifi connection.

    Yep, this is currently a known issue with the R11. You can do a recovery and get up to version 49, but still it will not update to the latest version.     I have the same problem and I've made Acer aware of the problem.  It's been 2 days and they still have not addressed the problem.  It has become a serious issue.  I'm considering going back to a Windows system.  They will at least make an effort to resolve any issues I may have.

    Matthew, as shown in the previous message, you need to contact Google, not Acer, for software issues.

    Did you "make Acer aware of the problem" by contacting Acer support? They should have given you the same answer...
