I work for a school that is looking into buying a class set of Acer Chromebooks. The cart where the computers will be stored and charged can hold computers and tablets with a maximum height of .79". On Acer's website, the chromebooks are described as being .80". However, on Amazon, the height is .75". Which one is accurate? My school doesn't want to sink $2k into a cart and then have the computers be off by 1/100 of an inch.

I checked with our specification on the C720 and they say the system is .75" thick. When I measured with a ruler, the system appeared to be a little over .8" thick, this includes the rubber feet on the bottom. It seems the Chassis of the system is .75" thick, but with the rubber feet on the system, like it ships, it measures slightly over .8" thick. I hope this information is helpful.
