Power cable in South America?

I've been travelling around quite a bit, bought my chromebook acer c720 in USA, and lost my cable somewhere along the way in Central America. I've been looking around a lot, but I can't find a single retail store that sells the power cables. They only have the standard acer power cord, which is way too big.

So my question is: are there any retail stores that sell the cable in columbia? Or will I have to order one online?

It's difficult because I never know where I'll be and haven't got an address, so ordering online is complicated.

The generic is a model PA-65W

nput Voltage : AC 100-240V (Worldwide AC Input)
    Input Frequency : 50-60Hz  1.6A  50-60 Hz

    Output 19v  3.42A

Maybe you can find something that will work in a Electronic or computer shop.

    Make sure the plug fits.

Any business that knows you that you could have it shipped to who would keep it until you could pick it up?
