I turn my laptop on when after about 10 seconds it turns off then restarts. It does this continually. I can't get in to safe start up mode all i can do is press f2 to go in to the set up options. Please help

Hallo Anne,
I'll try it in Englisch:
!.Remove The battery from your notebook.
2.Disconnect the power plug.
3.Reconnect it, start the Notebook and wait 2-3 seconds until you see the "loading circle"( I don't know the right term in English).
4.Disconnect the power plug again.
5.Repeat this 3 times and you should find yourself in the "repair mode"!
