The PC came with windows 10 preinstalled. I was running into issues after issues with this computer and I decided to do a clean wipe of all settings and personal data. When I turned it on again, it takes forever to log in and once I log in, about 30 seconds later it freezes and I have to force shut it down. The PC is basically unusable. I've only had this PC for 1.5 years and have nothing else but dissatisfaction. Can someone advice me what I should do?

these kind of issues can be related to bad ram sticks or HDD dying.

you can try a ram check using windows utility:
    press windows logo key

    type

    memory

    run the the diagnostic

Or possibly you need a BIOS update.  Seems like there was a freezing problem with TC-710.......I assume XC-710 and TC-710 use the same mainboard....but not sure.
