I recently had to uninstall Microsoft Office so that I could install Office Professional Plus 2016.  Since then, my Device Manager is showing problems with my Sound Card.   When I uninstall the device, it says that it cannot find one.   Also, when I try to install one for Realtek High Definition Audio, it fails.

What should I do??

Not sure why uninstalling Office then reinstalling another version would affect the sound card. You might try resetting the system and select the option to Refresh the system: https://acer-au.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29925. Once it is refreshed make sure the audio is working ok, if it isn't you may need to back up your data and do a full restore. Again test the audio to make sure it's working. If installing Office 2016 causes audio issues, please contact Microsoft to see if they can assist with installing their app.
