Registration page will not accept Serial Number for tablet

I attemped registration of a new product tonight (multiple times) on a "just received" Acer Icvonia A1 - model number A1-810.    The registration page would not accept the Serial Number or the SNID number.    The "Get Help" link under the support tab did not function.     The tablet seems to work fine but I have a 30 day free return and I will return it and choose another brand.     Thoughts of needing light-support to actually needing warranty coverage is not very encouraging.     I went to support.acer.com with no working links for suppoert or inputing a support ticket.     I've registered at 3 different sections (including this one) with no support links found.     I used this forum link as Acer Brad was one of the top contributors.

As for anxiety over keeping the unit > it is maxed out from the lack of chat or support options > with links with no results.     If anyone at Acer receives or reads this comment > I have an SNID #*** and a Serial Number of *** with no results after 3 hours of perusing the Acer website.     I'd like a response sent to me ***     Although the tablet A1-810  satisfies my needs, I'm 60 years old and would like to know I've bought a product that will have any needed support if anything else should occur.

     Thsnks for a solution.

    Don,

Thanks for asking about the registration page.

If you are wanting to register the system for service, you would need to use the Contact Acer page for your region.

As you are in the United States, you would use this page:  http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact

Contact Acer Technical Support and ask them to help you register the unit for service.

If you need any additional assistance, you are welcome to use that page for support options.
