Acer liquid zest plus T08 - Displaying phone number

My Acer phone displays as private number when calling someone.  My son bought the same phone at the same time and his displays his number.  I cannot find a setting to change this on my phone.  Any suggestions.

    under calling accounts, do you have your network provider name?

    if so, tap it and the additional settings or other settings

    here you will find caller ID

    from the dialpad, press on settings then call settings then additional call settings (normally the option is here)

    Thanks for the reply, but when I go to call settings - there is no option for additional call settings.  the options I have are display options, sound and vibration, quick responses, calling accounts and accessibility - no other ones - and these ones dont seem to apply to this problem.
