Acer Aspire Z1-621 display adapter update

My Acer is freezing and getting rollover. The display adapter is not listed on the Acer website. Intel HD Graphics, v.10.18.10.4358 (12/21/15). Here is my speccy report:

It is not so hard to provide this information, but it would be much harder to fix it, especially if there are 2 issues here and not one, such as replacing the driver.
