S7-392 battery not charging

My laptop AC adapter was accidentally pulled out of the DC jack. The battery will not charge now. I have replaced the AC adapter with a new Acer, but still no charging. My battery is at 30%. I think something may have broken on the DC jack. The plug feels a little loose. My other issue is that I currently am in Nagoya, Japan. The number that the service agent provided does not exist any more. Not sure what to do next. Any other trouble shooting advice?

I was able to open the case and confirm that the dc jack was broken.  Does anyone know how to remove the dc jack connector from the motherboard?  I gave it a gentle tug to see if the connector would come out, but it didn't budge.  If there is an easier way than removing the motherboard, that would be great.
