    hi...

You may perfrom a hardware reset using the hardware reset pin hole located near MicroSD Card Slot

If the tablet still displays blank screen, you may perform factry data reset.
The JellyBean recovery menu allows you to flash the microSD image and wipe data (factory reset).

Use the following steps to enter the recovery menu.
Hold the tablet in landscape mode, with the volume key on the top.
    1. Press and hold volume down and the power button to power on the tablet.
    2. When the tablet vibrates, release the power button but keep holding the volume down button.
    3. When the tablet vibrates a second time, release the volume down button and then press and hold the volume up button.
    4. When Booting recovery kernel image is shown in the upper left corner of the screen, release the volume up button.
    5. The Android system recovery menu is displayed.

Use the following steps to perform a Wipe data/factory reset

    1. Enter the recovery menu.
    2. Use the volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset, then press the power button.
    3. Use the volume down button to select Yes - delete all user data, then press the power button
    4. Highlight reboot system now, then press the power button. The tablet reboots and the factory reset is complete.

You may install the USB driver on your windows computer and then connect the tablet    USB driver
