I bought an acer tablet from 1saleaday they advertise a 90 manafacturer warrantry, it arrived DOA screen will not respond, when i try to contact acer I am told it's not under warrantry, yet 1saleaday still maintains I have to deal with acer, should I be expected to pay to get this thing fixed when it arrived DOA? IS this how acer works?

Please refer warranty paperwork that was provided with the product. This is mostly like warranted through LSI our refurbishing partner. I've sent you a private message with the contact information I have available.

Try and see if you register your tablet on the Acer website first. I had sent my tablet in for repair and the rep told me my W700 didn't show to have warranty (which is obviously wrong since it just came out). I think the system might show that you do have warranty after you get it registered.
