Mijn schoonouders hebben een acer aspire 5742G, bij het opstarten krijgen ze een zwart scherm met de tekst

setup is starting services.

Daarna krijg je de volgende tekst:

Wanneer je op ok drukt begint het weer van voor af aan. Zij hebben er geen recovery disks bij gekregen. Zou u zo vriendelijk

willen zijn op recovery disks op te sturen voor deze notebook met

I know that you are in another country and this forum is for the english language, but from the errors that your posting, it sounds like you need a new hard drive. Try purchacing a new one and running your restore disks agian. That should do the trick.
