So on the device status of the built in camera it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" Hope you can help me )

Lexmark X422 is a multifunction printer, not a webcam.

So, it looks like it's simply not being seen.

oh sorry Acer Crystal Webcam is already installed on my laptop its already updated! Can it just be my laptop has no built in camera?? When i launch Acer Crystal Eye Webcam it always say NO WEBCAM DETECTED like this http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/s468/krzyboy101/sdsdad_zps4f0badec.png

Unfortunately, when it is not detecting a webcam, that tends to indicate that there is a hardware issue with the camera.

plz tell me, will i get these web cam problem like video calling. and not detecting webcam in acer e1 531 laptop.

I am going buy this laptop from flipkart please suggest me. you have fixed these problem or still existing in acer e1 531 laptop.

Truly tell me, I can other model in acer brands.
