I have a frozen screen - seemed like it was re-booting then froze

Power the computer down by holding the power key for 5 seconds. Power on the computer, and select the option to Start Windows Normally. If the system boots, you should be ok. If your system is still not booting, you may need to recover you operating system using the link below.
