    is it true that if bios was failed, one solution is replacing motherbord?

    That is possible.  A good motherboard would have a viable BIOS/UEFI on it.

    i saw in my service manaul that my bios is phoenix v2.1

    protocol supported- legacy bios and efi archietecture.

    One solution you can try is remove the battery then disconnect the power adapter and press and hold the power button for 60seconds(this process is like draining the power left on motherboard or something like that to reflash/refresh it). After that dont plug in the battery immediately, only connect the power cable and turn it on.

     

    If this wont work other options are to check the RAM physically if its hardware defective/kind of loose or the complicated solution is the boot up BIOS via USB which im not really familiar with.

    possible but just an advise try other option 1st, i mean simple solution because the motherboard thing is very costly and complicated. \m/
