Pressing Fn+o doesn't rotate my screen as expected which is quite wierd considering that all the other hotkeys work and rotating via Graphics Options > Rotation works. Recently reinstalled windows so maybe I'm missing the drivers but I've installed all the drivers available and it sill doesn't work.

When you indicate that you "reinstalled windows", did you do Recovery or install a retail copy of Windows?

All of the appropriate drivers are included in the Acer Recovery.

I have an S7-392 with Win 8 Pro, and I've found the same thing - the hot-key for screen rotate has no effect, even through I can rotate with the graphics menu options.   Strange thing is, there's an option in the graphics menu to "enable hotkeys" or something like that, and it's selected to be on.   Still nothin'   All the others work as expected, just the Fn+O does notta.

So another 5 minutes of exploring tells me that for the Intel graphics, Crtl + Alt + Down Arrow will rotate 180 degrees.   Crtl + Alt + Up will take it back to normal.
