a500 - error -apps not responding

My tablet pausing for longer periods after I try to go to any app. The error message comes up and if I select wait it goes into app but can freeze again. Am waiting for acer to respond but no luck so far. Any advice please

    Make a reset by default.

     

    All your datas and personnal settings will be lost.

    Sorry nothing to do with Apps not responding.

    But wattsap does work on A500 . working fine on mine

    Just save sms and call log (sms backup & restore + call log & restore free on Play Store)

    Coming from editor: whatsapp Android

    I think it's because a lot of tablet has no sim card.

    They don't need a sim card just need an internet connection.

    Need to be on line to work.

    I didn't know whatsapp. But this app need to be connected, by wifi or phone.

    So with a tablet without sim card, when you are not covered by a wifi network, it doesn't work, right?

    Maybe there is another restriction: this application is probably not optimized for widescreen.

    Yes you are right, You need a WiFi connection or Sim card for it to work.
