I recently bought a bluetooth keyboard and cant get it to pair.  I noticed that the indicator icon at the bottom right of my screen isn't blue as are my wifi and battery.  I have turned on bluetooth in settings and the icon never turns blue.  How can I troubleshoot the bluetooh to ensure that it is not defective?

When you go into Settings, and you turn Bluetooth ON, it should also list any nearby bluetooth devices.

Does it indicate whether your A200 is 'visible to other devices'?

Yes, it is visible to other devices.  I click on pairing and the keyboard pairs, but I never get the 4 digit code since the bluetooth isn't on (even though I've turned it on).  And as a result I cannot use the keyboard.  I contacted the manufacturer of the keyboard (before I realized that the table bluetooth does come on) and they sent me another keyboard and I have the same problem.  That's when I realized that the bluetooth doesn't comeon.

I do have a warranty on my tablet and have contacted them and they will be sending my tablet to be checked and repaired if necessary.

Thanks for your time and trouble for answering my message.  Sincerely, Linda
