W700 Won't Wake after it enters standby/sleep/hibernate.

I'm haven't determined which state it enters when it does this, but after leaving my tablet for an extended period un-used i can't get it to wake via power button, or any other button. I have to hold the power button until the unit hard resets.

Please help.

64gb W700 i3 model.
