Hi everyone,
I'm thinking of getting a new Acer Aspire (V3-771G-7361161.12TMakk to be exact) and I'd like to get some more information before taking the plunge.
The laptop is listed as having a 1TB HDD and a 120GB SSD, are those separate disks or a dingle hybrid? Is there a spare bay available to put in another drive?
I've had issues with dust accumulating inside my old laptop. How difficult is it to open and clean the Aspire?

The drives in the specific model that you are looking at are two separate drives.
There are only two bays in the unit.
We do not recommend attempting to disassemble the unit.

Is your old laptop an Acer? If so, which model. Taking apart for cleaning is no big deal, IF you know where all the screws, slots and tabs etc are.
