I purchased a computer from an authorized reseller, serial ****, online missing 2GB of RAM. The computer is labeled as having 4GB of RAM and the receipt states there is 4GB. When I go to the Windows control panel it clearly shows there is only 2GB.
I realize normally you can send it back but my daughter installed her video game, SIMS, on the computer using the one product license key received with the software.
This was a present for my daughter’s Thirteenth birthday and seeing her cry was difficult. Anything you can do to help me resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. I can provide you a screen shot of the Window control panel showing that there is only 2GB and a picture of the computer showing there should be 4GB.

hi...
This specification of this model has 4GB memory, however, it seems that you have purchased a refurbished computer that does not have the orginal Acer specification.
You need to contact the retailer from whom you had purchased the computer to get more information, since it is a refurbished one.
