The 2 USB ports of my ACER Laptop AS 5733-6898 are not working. Can anyone help me? Do I need to reinstall some drive? The same is still under warranty

If you believe it's a software problem, it might honestly be easier to reinstall Windows. This might be the best place to start for that. http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1
If this doesn't fix your issue, you may have a hardware problem, and I'd recommend contacting your local Acer Service team for repair options.
