Is there the same problem for the acer aspire  "acer aspire e1-571"  because I have an exteral VGA port and there is an alternative fn in the F5 touch  however I can't use the dual monitor mode, if it is the not supported then tell me beacause it will be a serious problem

    No, it's a completely different issue.  The previous thread was regarding a desktop, not a notebook.

     

    Yes, you should be able to connect another monitor via the VGA and use it as a second screen.

     

    Generally speaking, the Display Toggle will be Fn + F4 and display an icon like this: Display Toggle

    If you are pressing Fn + F5 and there is this icon Blank Screen it will blank the screen.
