Power off during Acer Aspire E1-531 initial startup now cannot start

Just got my new Acer laptop. Because I turned off the power while it was in the process of first-time startup/setup now it fails to boot up. I don't have a start CD or USB. I'll contact Acer Helpdesk after this weekend, however thought I'd post this message here in case you may have a solution. Thanks

Acer Support is going to be your best solution.

What ever possessed you to turn the power off during initial setup?  And why would you remove both the charger and the battery?

Thank you for the feedback. There was no sign on the screen to indicate that the laptop was initialising. I was impatient as the laptop took a long time to start up. After 15 minutes I hit the power button. I didn't remove the charger or battery. A few minutes after I turned it back on, I got the error that said something like 'no boot sector' and suggested I contact Acer Support.
