My computer will not connect to my wireless internet. Shows excellent signal strenth.

I have an Acer laptop which I have had about 9 months.  It stopped connecting to my wireless internet.  It shows excellent signal, but shows a block when I look at the internet mapping screen.  Any suggestions?

Have you attempted to use the Network Troubleshooter?

 

Is there any indication that there is a problem with the network card in Device Manager?
