I bought Iconia W510 from my friend, I changed new Microsoft account using my user name and password. Now when I try to install some applications from Microsoft store it gives a message that due to some reason application cannot be installed. Even application are not being updated.

I would appreciate if someone helps me to get rid of this problem.

did you reboot the system from scratch whne you bought it off him ? Or did you just create a new account ? And make sure your region is correct

Region and clock... If the clock is too far off things will fail to install or update as well.
