Re: I have a new Acer Iconia W510 tablet. I frequently lose audio sound and have to reboot. How to

Would have been nice if Acer included some info how to install the new BIOS and drivers (1.51). A simple readme.txt in the zip file had been enough ... Now it includes a file named SOP.TXT that includes the text "MIWrapper.exe". Does that means that i should execute the MDIWrapper.exe when i want to install the BIOS and drivers???

Re: I have a new Acer Iconia W510 tablet. I frequently lose audio sound and have to reboot. How to

There is no reply for a long time compare to the last month on this topic. Well, I've updated the Tablet according to the last upgrade (8th January). I've also notice the audio driver was the same as the older update, but the fix could be the firmware. So far so good : no new audio lock.

Well, my tablet will go to repair anyway because of the touchpad issue. Well, this is what happen when we buy an electronic device too early :smileyindifferent:

Re: I have a new Acer Iconia W510 tablet. I frequently lose audio sound and have to reboot. How to

After being in repair for almost 2 months, Acer reported that they couldn't fix it. Now I got the 64 mb version. The sound problem was fixed after the driver update (although I sometimes get a short static sound the first time a sound plays). The touchpad is fixed. The only problem remaining is the keyboard missing key down or key up events.

Iconia Tablet PC with Windows 8 - year 2013 may be the year's most memorable for the spacer (the nickname for the Acer user) due Iconia Tablet PC with Windows 8 was launched as a gadget that will bring a new experience when using the gadget. From the Translation I got out of this article. I for one say with 100% faith this is a great tablet :smileyhappy:..and am proud to be a SPACER!
