Help desk problems in relation with my S500

I've some serious problems with my S500. For this I've a lot of questions open for de ACER helpdesk. Normally you would expect that you get an answer or at least that they are working on the issue. But not the ACER helpdesk. They simply close the case without any reaction. I've the idea that they think that by doing so the problems will disappear.....

    OK, I've got a message that this was due to technical issues with the helpdesk software.
