I have an Acer Aspire One netbook with Win XP.  I also have an HP Mini 110 netbook with the same specs as my Aspire, however, my HP Mini has an OEM Windows 7 Starter OS.  Is Windows 7 Starter available for the Acer Aspire One?

I have had several Acer AO netbooks...all have come with the windows 7 starter OS installed...not sure if this is what you are asking.

You can install Windows 7 Starter on most Aspire One systems. Starter runs 32 bit just like XP and it would really be a matter of checking compatibility with your system. Use the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor tool to verify.
