Hi

I would like to be able to use an ethernet connection instead of wifi when using my laptop at home.

I see on the Australian acer site that there is a usb ethernet adapter available - see

http://www.acerstore.com.au/acer/store/index.php/usb-to-ethernet-lan-cable.html

There is nothing similar on the UK site.

Has anyone purchased a generic adapter and successfully used it on an Acer Aspire V5?

If so, what were the steps you used to get it up and running - which drivers did you install for Windows 7?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer
