Hi, My netbook does not load and after trying to restore the system it finally gave an error message 0x0. I switched the computer off and on, but another message appeared on the black screen asking to insert a boot disc. I don't have a boot CD/DVD. I would be grateful if you could advise if this is recoverable. I don't have much data and the system has hardly been used. I live in Brisbane, Australia and would like to know where I can take this for service if needed. Regards, Sam
