AcerCloud login failure

Dear AcerCloud Support,

 

I am trying to logon to AcerCloud application using my Acer Aspire S3 (platform: Windows 8).

When entering the email and password into the "Sign in to AcerCloud" of the AcerCloud application (version 2.02.3013), I get this reply:

AcerCloud has encountered an error. Please report the issue to help AcerCloud proptly improve it.

Selecting "Report" shares some system and log information with AcerCloud to help improve our products and services.


If I click the Report button it says:

Feedback cannot be sent


Btw. I have noticed that I get the same error

even if I put in the incorrect email/password.

 

My AcerCloud account is fine, I can login sucessfully at www.cloud.acer.com

 

I have already tried reinstaling AcerCloud, but without success.

    I encounter the same trouble on my Windows 7 laptop yesterday morning! While after I have reinstalled the app, all is back to normal. Your issue seems special. The AcerCloud Support email is acercloud_eng@cloud.acer.com you can send an email to them for help.
