Acer aspire ONE 532h not charge batery full

I have a netbook acer aspire ONE, works fine until you hit the issue of battery charge, can not exceed 50% load. I tried updating the bios to the latest version, still the same, I have fully restored the operating system, and as usual, I forced charging and discharging cycles but I can not do anything. Randomly remains at 40% or 45% or 50%, no menera completing loading. What can it be? battery, charger, or the computer itself?
