Hi all, I am trying to initialize my mother brand new laptop.

Unfortunately all I get is the Acer splash screen, and I seem unable to enter bios, initialize recover or anything. 

I have removed the battery, removed the power, than restared with all the key combinations, F2, Alt+F10, Fn+Esc, tapping F8 but nothing seems to help me loading the bios or the recovery partition.

Hopefully I will get in touch with tech support in a couple of hours (my SN is Italian and the USA customer care won't chat with me, while the italian has a really short working time), so I was wondering if there was any hints while I was waiting.

I finally got in touch with assistance, who only suggested me to hit Alt+F10 (not even to check the bios). When I told them nothing happened, they pointed me to repair link... and I pointed my laptop to my dealer and got it reimbursed since they had nothing to give me in change.
