kernel security check failure.

i updated to windows 8 and my AMD vision engine control centre didnt work properly so i downloaded the driver from the acer driver page suited for my computer. When instaling the computer stops and a message comes up stating a kernel security check failure and then my computer restarts.

Can anybody help me with this problem

What product are you trying to upgrade to Windows 8? What version of the AMD driver are you using? Did you use the Acer Windows 8 Upgrade assistant when you upgraded to Windows 8? We recommend you use this program to ensure all of your hardware works in Windows 8. It is available for download at http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/windows8-upgrade.
