The screen on my a500 tablet is frozen on the Acer logo. I've tried pressing the reset button and the process to restore it back to factory settings, but no luck. Anyone have any helpful input?
Try to do a hard reset in the following way:
1. Switch off 2. Press Vol-up + Power 3. If display goes on: Release power but hold vol-up 3. Toggle Lock switch (On & Off, On & Off) Screen will display:Erasing Userdata..
If the fault is still there, you need to take the Tablet to the acer repairs for a mainboard replacement.
