Why do all my games list the Intel video card and not my NVidia one?

Some of games see the Intel card and say the card is not supported. How do I get them to see the nVidia card instead?

To better help you with the issue you are experiencing we will need more information.  What model notebook are you using?  When did you first experience the problem?
