I have a new Iconia W510. It sufferes from the sound going dead mentioned in the other threads but I also have uneaven balance on sound output both through the speakers in the tab and through the 3,5 jack, right channel is almost silent and I cant adjust left/right channels anywhere in soundsettings.

Is this a hardware problem or could it be fixed with driver?

Balance is ok via bluetooth.

Try downloading the driver package from Acer's website. If that doesn't fix it, I would call Acer.
