      <description>What I have found out if you cannot find a recovery disk it's that the company scrapped the recovery because your computer is obsolete in their eyes and will give you a number to a 3rd party company that may have a recovery disk for you. I found mine on Amazon and it was cheaper then Ebay. Hope that helps. Forgot to mention the 3rd party they suggest is expensive and it took me 10 times to call them to call me back and the email support that coma is jus r as slow</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Acer Apire 5515 I was orgional installed with a Windows Vista 64 home, I updated to the free Windows 8.&amp;nbsp; Anyways the bind is that I started my laptop and it booted up as if it was a clean hard drive nothing on it.&amp;nbsp; I cannot find my erecover disks and going to the website to look for the erecovery there it states there is none for my SNID.&amp;nbsp; What can I do, because the windows 8 was though its assistant. I really dont want to buy anther OS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
