How to flash bios on Aspire M3100

what is the best way to flash the bios on my system Aspire M3100 and I need step by step instructions, I tried with a usb and the computer kept saying the it cannot find OS on this drive, press ctrl+alt+del to restart?? need info fast as possible. Thank You

Will Acer supply me with the tech. specs and motherboard to replace it my self??? The Instructions to remove and replace the motherboard and the motherboard make and model???

I have an acer aspire 7741Z that will not turn on at all! I have even tried the power reset techniq and still nothing.I plug in AC adapter and the charging light comes on after being dead,But the power switch itself will not light or turn on the laptop which I believe is fully charged. if it is charged at all??. I've tried using the AC adapter alone but then the charging light will not come on until I insert the battery. Now! To me it sounds like the motherboard is bad. My question is: where can I get servicing (Technical Repair) specs and documents on how to remove and replace the motherboard? and where to get a new motherboard and how much$$$ ? Or is there something else that I can do ti bring back this Laptop to life??
