@Cory

You need to take a S7 home with you and test it in a real world situation. This is going to blow up in Acer's face soon...

I uninstalled the wifi driver and installed the "new" one again (although it was the same one already installed) and after one hour it disconnected again. And I'm 2 meters from the wifi router! This is outrageous. My 400€ smartphone has better wifi connection than this!

If this isn't resolved with a patch by the weeked I'm sending this back. Love the design but no stable wifi kills it for me. Sorry. And Acer, with all your resources you can't fix this quickly? It's your flagship device and this will hurt you big time as far as brand recognition goes.

There a guy from Acer that answered in this thread a while back, suggesting an uninstall. But that doesn't work for everyone, I'm guessing that's not the problem. Haven't tried it myself because I'm afraid to make it worst. I've sent him a direct message but to no avail.

I would urge everyone here to send them a direct message through the official Acer site (support page).

I'm having this problem also. Even bluetooth is very hard to connect to devices.

I checked my properties but the check was already off... Can anyone from Acer recommend some action, like a rollback? Did they contact Qualcomm about this?
