I downloaded the bluetooth device driver (atheros) but how do i connect to my phone?

I switched on bluetooth on my phone but can't link devices.

Now computer won't boot up from the hard drive.

I get the following Screen on boot up-

For Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller v2.0.2

Check cable connection!

No bootable Device - insert boot disk and press any key.
