      <description>Acer, You didn't answer their question at all. They have a question about a product and would like to call and ask you about it. If you check you website as you suggested above you have to already own an Acer product just to chat with someone online let alone get someone on the phone. I have tried e-mailing your organization about product info to no avail. I have also contacted your online store and to my astonishment the people on the phone didn't even know there was an Acer Aspire R13 or 14; I had to explain to them (Acer) what their product was and where it was located on their website. Back to the original thought, How does one contact Acer, without already owning their products, by phone in relation to question about products listed on your website?</description>
