Is this graphics card compatible?

So I bought this Acer Predator G3610 computer a couple of years ago for gaming, and so far it has been pretty good. Except for now the performance with the newer games has started to be pretty slow and heavy, and now that I bumbed into the fact that the graphics card isn't good enough to run Shadow Of Mordor at all, I decided to change it. So, I did some research and found a card that I would like, but am pretty unsure if it's compatible with my rig.

The card I would like to buy is an AMD card called Sapphire Dual-X Radeon R9 270X with 2G GDD5R memory and OC Boost:
http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1227&pid=2037&psn=&lid=1&leg=0#

More info:

http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/AMD+Radeon/Radeon+R9+270/Sapphire+Radeon+R9+270X+Dual-X+Boost+OC+AMD+Graphics+Card+2GB+Graphics+Card+?productId=57842&rqcType=r#rqc

System requirements for the new card can be found on the first link. Now about my rig, I have an Intel i5-2320 3.0GHz CPU and a Nvidia GeForce GT545 graphics card. Other info can be found on the pictures below. Now I know that I will need a 500Watt powersupply for this new graphics card to work and I've been thinking about getting this EVGA 500Watt 80 plus PSU as well:
http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/Non-Modular+650W+or+less/EVGA+500W+80+Plus+Power+Supply+(100-W1-0500-KR)+?productId=60504

From what I could research it should be compatible with my Predator case, but I'll be taking measurements later on just to be on the safe side.

So my question pretty much is, can I get this graphics card and power supply for my unchanged Predator G3610, or do I need to figure out something else and/or change my motherboard etc. (which I really wouldn't find optional at the moment, since I otherwice enjoy this rig as it is)?
If you need more info, please comment and I'll be happy to provide as much as I can , and thanks in advance!
