      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried your suggestion, but nothing happened. Chatted with Acer tech support and their only suggestion was to purchase recovery discs from them. Do you think that will resolve the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, when I&amp;nbsp; turned off my system and restarted it, it went through the following process: Starting Windows, Setup is updating registry settings, Setup is starting services. Then a window pops up that says, "Windows could not start the installation process".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have run eRecovery Management up to the very last point and it stops progress at 99% under "Updating System". It has been nearly two hours without further progress. What can I do to complete the system restore process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
