I've removed all the screws on the back and the full panel still won't release. I have no idea why this is so difficult! lol! And I can't seem to find anything for my specific model for how to get at that battery. The boot screen freezes with pixel distortion at the top. I've tried all the restore discs. I found where some people referenced a similar problem with other computers and they were fixed by resetting the bios. I can't figure out how to do that. There's no place for that in the boot settings option and there's no visible coin battery to temporarily remove to reset.
